The Eastern Kentucky Runway Program partner organizations have joined forces to make this boots-on-the-ground effort a reality. Each believes in the importance and outcomes of the program and has invested time, talent, and resources to launching and sustaining it.

The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA)
A federal government agency tasked with preparing American regions for growth and success. The EDA has fully funded and oversees the Eastern Kentucky Runway Program as a part of its Recompete Pilot Program.

The Kentucky General Assembly
A state governing body with the power to enact legislation for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The General Assembly voted to support the creation of the Eastern Kentucky Runway Program.

Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH)
One of the leading healthcare providers in Eastern Kentucky, ARH will oversee the creation, launch, and oversee a new Allied Health Training
Academy as a part of the Eastern Kentucky Runway Program.

Pikeville Medical Center (PMC)
One of the leading healthcare providers in Eastern Kentucky, PMC will oversee the creation, launch, and oversee a new Healthcare Centers Training
Center as a part of the Eastern Kentucky Runway Program.
