100% of the Shaping Our Appalachian Region team lives and works in Appalachia Kentucky — we’ve experienced the decades of challenges and daily struggles alongside our neighbors. And we know the people of our region are the most determined, loyal, and hard-working in America. All we need is someone from inside our community to help us transform our innate gifts into 21st-century workforce skills.
